We are a contracted provider with Ameritas® and Principal® Insurance Companies.
Claims submitted to Ameritas®/Principal® are billed directly through Ameritas®/Principal®.
Out-of-Network
We will submit claims to any insurance company.
Claims submitted out-of-network are billed directly through the individual.
Your insurance provider will reimburse you directly.
