Keeping on schedule with your orthodontic appointments is a great way to ensure that you will finish treatment in a timely manner.
It’s recommended you set aside 15-30 minutes every 4-6 weeks for your appointment. To accommodate as many families as possible, long appointments are scheduled during school and work hours, and shorter appointments are scheduled in the early morning and late afternoon.
Life happens! If you ever need to cancel your appointment, please call our office before your scheduled appointment time to let us know. If you are unable to notify us before, and your appointment is missed, we will make an attempt to get ahold of you to reschedule.
If you have been sick within the past 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call our office to reschedule for a later day. If signs of a fever or flu are exhibited upon arrival to our office we may ask you to reschedule your appointment.
Our practice does not necessarily follow the same guidelines that the schools use when it comes to closing the office due to severe weather conditions. If there is inclement weather and schools are closed, our office may still be open. Please check our website and/or Facebook page for updates on office closures. If you have an appointment, we will be in touch with you to either reschedule or confirm your appointment depending on conditions and staff availability. Your safety is very important to us. Please call our office if you are unable to make it to your appointment and we will assist you in finding another time.
